Individual & Group Counselling

Many people begin the journey of self discovery, healing and happiness by having honest conversations. In therapy it is just the same, you are given the space to explore your inner thoughts or  unpack challenging emotions/ feelings. We are here to support you by facilitating a safe space where you feel listened to. In therapy you won’t be told what to do or not do but instead you will be empowered to be the leader of your life. We are here to guide you through the process of building experiences full of meaning that leads you to a better mental health.

Family Therapy

The goal of family therapy is to help everyone in the family understand and support each other. This type of therapy can help when families are feeling overwhelmed, sad and angry; when they're unsure how to move forward; or when they feel that they are repeating the same harmful behaviours over and over. If a family is dealing with changes associated with illness, mental health and substance use problems, unemployment, immigration, ageing, divorce, trauma, and death and grieving, family therapy can be helpful.

Workshops and Seminars

Building healthy communities call for having healthy members. A big part of our work is helping our local community, businesses and institutions become aware of the importance of maintaining good mental health. We want to partner with you as we move closer to educating and creating spaces for positive mental wellbeing. We offer: Psychoeducational Workshops for business and schools.


Mentorship initiatives for BIPOC Youth

Mentorship is an opportunity for youths to receive support within their communities. At Therapy Full Circle we are committed to partnering with youths to influence change and ignite growth for a better future. 

Supervision

Supervision is available for Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying. 

We are accepting practicum interns for Summer and Fall semester of 2023. Please follow the proper channel to be considered as we will only be accepting a limited amount of interns for the year. Applicants will be contacted for a live video interview.
